The fastest way to judge a tool that claims to grade its own confidence is to point it at a property where you can check the grade.

Ideally one whose answer you already know: a lot you have taken through the Committee of Adjustment, or one you decided against. Agreement is a weak signal; watching it disagree with you and explain why is a strong one.

About your details

This form sends us your name, email, company, role, team size, what you’re mainly interested in, and any lot you name. We use them only to reply to your demo request.

Vercel, our web host, runs the form on its servers in the United States. Resend delivers your request to us as an email, and it lands in an inbox hosted by Google. We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone else.

One thing worth saying up front.

ZoneForm covers Toronto only, holds no economics, and does not design buildings. If what you need is a pro forma or a set of drawings, this is not it, and a demo will only confirm that more slowly.
